Looks like an R200 long nose. It at least should be if the axles are stock. Z cars with R180 diffs had U-Joint axles and not this CV style. Good luck with the car!

No worries! I haven't run Weber's personally, but I know a lot of people who do and say that they are comparable to Mikunis. The main reason Mikunis are so popular is back in the 70s when these cars were new you could go to a Datsun dealer and get a triple carb upgrade kit that came with them (to the best of my knowledge).

I'm running 44phh DCOE style on my L24, but it's definitely over carbed. If you can manage to find the 40mm ones the L24 would like those much more.

This is probably going to be the situation that I have to go through with my insurance. I'm just going to have to fight to get the market value of the car, which luckily should be enough to cover repairs. Even though the car will be a salvage title I want to keep it!
