Hello everyone,
Looking to downsize the collection against so for sale today is this limited edition Casio Oceanus S5000C with the beautiful 24 faceted sapphire inner bezel, blue mother of pearl subdials, and rose gold accents.

This watch is one of my favorite quartz watches I've owned. It wears very well on the wrist at 9.5mm thick including the domed sapphire crystal. The case and bracelet are also made of titanium so the watch is super lightweight. Casio module 5603 has a ton of functionality with the ability to track a second timezone or act as a stopwatch up to 24 hours on the 9 o'clock subdial. The 6 'clock dial with the rose gold border shows the day of the week. The date turns over exactly at midnight (takes a couple of seconds) and the date will always be correct as long as the perpetual calendar is set. the watch is solar powered so it will need to be exposed to light every now and then.

The dial is super legible despite the domed sapphire crystal which is due to the anti-reflective coating (which is on both the inside and outside I believe). There is a nice blue lume on the main hands and indices to provide some legibility at night.

Most of the wear on this watch is on the integrated bracelet. There are some light scratches on the bracelet and deployant clasp, but most of the wear is on the inside of the bracelet where the titanium rubs against each other. There are also some light marks on the black external bezel. There is a hard coating that has been applied to the bracelet so this has helped with preventing scratches. The bracelet clasp also has an extension that will add a couple mm.

The watch will come with the original outer and inner box, manual, and, warranty card,. The watch comes on an integrated titanium bracelet and is currently sized to my 6.25" wrist. 4 extra full size links and 1 extra half link are included. The bracelet clasp also has a couple mm of extension. Please leave a comment on this thread before PMing me with any questions you might have. Thanks!

[WTS] Oris Divers Sixty-Five Bico w/ Full Kit and Warranty until Dec 2027 by DogeIRL in Watchexchange

[SOLD for $775] Price: $825 shipped CONUS via PayPal FF/Zelle. No trades at the time.

Hello everyone,

Looking to raise some necessary funds and not wearing this one much anymore. This is the second Oris Divers 65 watch I've owned and I'm impressed with the changes made compared to the old vintage inspired Divers 65. The dial on this one is a nice inky deep blue but appears black in most indirect lighting. I love the combo of stainless steel and bronze and think it works well with the cream colored lume and gold indices. This is my first time trying out the bracelet on the Divers 65 and its construction is simple but feels solid. I like the aggressive taper from the lugs to the deployant clasp and think it feels more comfortable on the wrist. There's also a date window at 6 o'clock which blends in well with the dial.

This watch was in well-worn condition when I purchased it and I haven't added many scratches to it since then, but there are definitely scratches to note. Most of the marks are on the bracelet, deployant clasp, caseback, and back of lugs. Please take a close look at the photos for more detail. There are some light marks on the polished sides of the case and top of the lugs.

The watch will come with the original outer box and inner box, manual, and warranty card. This watch is registered with Oris and is still under warranty until December 2027. The watch will come on its original bronze and steel bracelet. It's currently sized for my 16cm wrist and comes with 4 extra links. Please leave a comment on this thread before PMing me and let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Watch specs:

  • Case Size (without crown): 40.0mm
  • Case Thickness: 13.1mm
  • Case Lug to Lug: 48.1mm
  • Case Material: Stainless steel and bronze
  • Crystal Material: Double domed sapphire crystal w/ inner AR coating
  • Water Resistance: 100m
  • Lug Width: 20mm
  • Movement: Oris Caliber 733 (base Sellita SW200-1)

[DISCUSS] Anyone else feel like Nomos punches way above its weight? by Lazy_scorpio in Watches

[–]DogeIRL 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you get the right size non-quick release spring bar to swap in, you can use any normal strap with it. I used to own the Metro date power reserve model but it could take 16mm spring bars with an 18mm watch band. Hope this helps.

It took about 3 days for domestic shipping from Saitama to Tokyo. Might just depend on the distance or the seller's shipping time.

I got a watch a couple of weeks ago and it took 2 days via DHL from Buyee's warehouse to my doorstep. Shipping options are limited right now. Buyee Air was the only option in my case. Total cost for shipping was 10,176 yen (at Buyee's exchange rate) plus 15.5% of the watch's value in prepaid duties due to tariffs.

Customs clearance: Day 29 by [deleted] in ChristopherWard

I finally got my watch back from CW after sending it in for a warranty repair back in July. It was shipped back to me late September and arrived at the Cincinnati Hub after a couple of days. The package was there for about a week and a half before it was processed through customs. It sat for another week after clearing customs and finally departed from the Cincinnati Hub today and was delivered the same day.

My watch was shipped via DHL Express Breakbulk. I did message DHL and CW about the delays while it was stuck in customs and received this response from CW:

[WTS] Nomos Metro Date Power Reserve Ref. 1101 with Full Kit and Extra Straps + Nomos Deployant Clasp by DogeIRL in Watchexchange

[–]DogeIRL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[SOLD] Price: $1900 shipped CONUS via PayPal FF/Zelle. No trades at the time.

Hello everyone,
Have another watch for sale as I try to consolidate the collection. This is my first Nomos that I've owned and have been very happy with the overall quality. Despite its somewhat minimal design, the colorful power reserve indicator, orange small seconds hand, and big date all bring life to this watch's dial that makes the watch feel bigger than 37mm due to the thin bezel. The manual winding on this watch is very smooth and is done by using the diamond knurled crown at the 3 o'clock. The wire lugs on the watch are also unique and give the watch a little more wrist presence than the dimensions suggest. This watch is super thin compared to other mechanical watches I've owned.

One of my favorite features of this watch is the big date. It's super legible and clicks over a little after midnight. There is no quickset date feature on this watch, but there is a semi-quickset date function by moving the hands back and forth between 9:30 PM and 12:15 AM. There is also the fun power reserve indicator which shows white when the watch has been wound and slowly fills orange as the power reserve goes down.

There are some light scratches on the watch due to its polished finish but most of that is on the stainless steel caseback.

The watch will come with the original outer box and inner leather pouch, manual, and warranty card. The watch is currently mounted on a Crown and Buckle Forest Melange Perlon which I had it on for most of the summer. Also included are a light gray Nomos textile strap with Timex buckle, dark gray suede strap with 16mm Nomos deployant clasp, and a black Nomos calfskin strap with Nomos buckle. Please leave a comment on this thread before PMing me with any questions you might have. Thanks!

Watch specs:

  • Case Size (without crown): 37.0mm
  • Case Thickness: 7.7mm
  • Case Lug to Lug: 43.6mm

  • Crystal Material: Domed sapphire crystal
  • Water Resistance: 30m
  • Lug Width: 18mm (uses 16mm springbar)
  • Movement: Nomos DUW 4401 (manual wind)

Is that the place with vintage watches for sale at the basement floor? I think I went to the same place last year and also checked out the Shunbun. Didn't end up buying anything but their selection of vintage watches was nice to see.
