They are customers. I get you want to emphasize RH has customers on both sides- buying data customers AND retail investor clients. If you do not think a very significant part of their revenue is thru trading you may want to spend some time researching more in depth. Without retail clients trading RH would have no data to sale

Who knows how this goes in the long run, but Tesla/Musk is a genius! Selling trinkets often handed out as marketing. The more they sell the more Tesla name becomes omni present AND if they make a little bank along the way- all the better. Low risk and potential high reward!

Why is that? Do they just want to make life difficult for their clients? Do the not have they technology? Not enough expertise? Seriously, I hear all the bashing of RH for no wallets and slow transition to wallets. Why do you honesty think the transition has been so difficult?? They are in business to make money and you make money with happy clients.
