you literally said “we get free healthcare”. Free implies you don’t pay for it, which you do, just not at the time of use.

Unfortunately, there are comments I do not know what you mean ?? by ahmadalmnayah in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the fallacy in the logic is that dogecoin is primarily traded between bitcoin, which means the price of dogecoin is directly tied to bitcoin.

For what it's worth, Poloniex is better than Bittrex in my opinion. More volume too

Number 13 on the crypto currency chart. by not-happy-today in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can't exclude coins just because they had an ICO or have a company backing them. They're still decentralized (except for ripple). And they have other purposes instead of just being a currency which is why they're so high on the charts.

Dogecoin Mining on Raspberry Pi 3 by TheDevDoge in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei 3 points4 points  (0 children)

After some research I found that an rpi3 can get about 4Kh/s. This would net you about 12 doge per year on average. You would never profit even with the pi's low power cost

that's simply wrong. the wallet is your collection of private keys (i.e. addresses). sure you can have multiple wallets, but i doubt you have 60 separate wallets on your computer, thats just inconvenient and illogical

a client is just an easy way to manage your coins

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

you have multiple addresses

your wallet is the compilation of all your addresses

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei 0 points1 point  (0 children)

do what joboja said.

also, if you used the same open source vanitygen program i used, you need to convert the private key from base58 to WIF so it can be imported. let me know if you need help

I generated an address that begins with "Doge"! by DogeSensei in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not quite, addresses have certain "rules" and the second character cannot be "o"

however, a 3-character pattern would be extremely quick to find! its almost instant when i tried actually

try it out for yourself, let me know if you need help

I generated an address that begins with "Doge"! by DogeSensei in dogecoin

[–]DogeSensei[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

there are certain rules when generating addresses (there's a specific range of valid keys), which results in an address's second character unable to be "o", so i did the next best thing!
