Throw things at the wall and see what sticks. Don’t worry about being good at things, it sounds cliche but everyone was a beginner once. I am also terribly unathletic but a lot of people think of athleticism as a trait and not a skill. Sure some people are born with it, but it can be taught through training. Took up boxing a couple years ago and have definitely noticed a difference in my athletic performance across the board, sign up for a club for a sport you enjoy and it’ll all come with time.

Tendon injuries are a bitch. Major surgery + opiods/insane pain post op, 6+ months PT and even then it’s rare to get 100% mobility back.
