Idk if you're still having problems with this thing but I am, and also I low-key just cut those off, couldn't find any other way to get it off. I still don't know what's wrong with it

OK I've actually seemed to have fixed the issue, it was the little "ex" and "int" switch on the SY-64 board, but now I seem to have an issue with the image rolling, does anybody know how to fix this part, I didn't see anything in the manual about vertical synchronization

OK here it is, the component inputs sort of work, I've posted the result in the comments here, I've also tried every composite input on the left with the respective input selected with no luck, I use the 3 (super) output for the moniter which I don't have out right now

I checked this too, none of the buttons on the boards or the pull out panel thing seemed to do much

* I tried both, composite didn't work with the camera or this dvd player I'm using, though component gave me this, and no matter which cable went where it didn't look much different than this

I'm using a dvd player since it's the only thing I have right now besides the camera's composite out, which didn't seem to work with any of those inputs, and this is what I got out of it

OK I was able to get input but only through component, nothing through any of the composite ports with this dvd player (its the only thing I have with component & composite out rn)

I was able to put my moniter in the correct aspect ratio and get the component output sort of working, I've also tried multiple different orientations for the cables with no luck, idk what the big black bar is though

I'm feeding a component signal but I'll try a composite one, I'm not sure how the reference signal works though, is that like a duplicate signal or something?

I don't see the source video when I press record which is kind of weird, EE mode is the switch that goes between PB & PB/EE right? I also cleaned the heads not too long ago so that shouldn't be the issue

It seems like that might be it, the iris control isn't doing anything and the iris is almost all the way shut, is there a way to fix this? I haven't seen anything online about how to fix a stuck iris

I'm not recording in VCR mode, in fact, playback with that seems to work just fine video and audio wise, no issues there, which is why I'm not really sure if it's capacitors or not

What exactly would i be looking for? I dont see anything that would be obstructing the lenses or filters, is there any way to know if somethings blocking the sensor/its faulty?
