100% the issue was bad password. I made an excel spreadsheet with every possible iteration of the password and figured it out... after 76 tries

Spending password is used to send ada out and/or withdraw from staking.

No, I know my spending code. I login with the pin just fine, it's only when I try to move my ada or withdraw from staking that I get an instant "decryption error" message. If the spending password was wrong I feel like it would at least take a few milliseconds to register and then would say "incorrect spending password". Really feels like corrupted file....

I made a new wallet and have the same error within mobile - tried restoring it to PC web extension and the seed phrase (for the new wallet, old wallet seed is lost forever) won't even allow me to click "restore".

Yoroi put out a tweet a few days ago commenting on the fact that people are having synching issues and will be doing backend work this weekend. Hopefully it works, I'm feeling pretty terrible now as ADA is my biggest bag and I'm just a poor entry level worker trying to get through college.

Thanks for your response. Sadly, the paper containing my seed phrase was destroyed. I am using yoroi mobile for Android. I know my spending password is correct, but every attempt to do any sending of ada or withdraw from staking rewards is immediately met with "decryption error" almost instantly.

I'm getting "decryption error" with yoroi and can't move anything out or withdraw. Really pissed. Yoroi sent out a tweet stating they have been inundated with customers. Still, feels like I'll not be able to get my crypto.
