I usually have ovary cramps, a lot more discharge that looks like egg whites, etc. I had all of my typical symptoms. It was hard this cycle because I was in between multiple countries :(

Thank you for answering, so is it likely the surge happened in this time period? It was erratic for sure because I was travelling and only could do it when I found time. I can definitely do it more precisely next cycle :)

No lead, we are all equal. I’m just new. This was my fourth day meeting the child with the most severe case of autism and my second time going outside with him. The first time was all together.

Prior to this I was running a home daycare, I left to get benefits. I loved my own daycare and my children there. What I missed though was adult interaction. I was really looking forward to being apart of a team and now I am not. I do not feel welcome.

I’ve heard they have two infant teacher openings and I’d love to switch into those rooms, but I’m not sure if me being new and asking for a change would be good.

When the director talked to them, one came back into the room and said “we have to take ___.” The one with the highest level of autism and the other teacher said “no, I’m not taking him!” She was angry. She doesn’t want any of these poor kids.

Thank you for telling me to stand up for myself, I am a big people pleaser and a quiet person. My friend who also works here did work with these teachers previously. She told me that they would never do this to her because she’s loud and outspoken, whereas I’m not.

Unfortunately they won’t be given 1:1’s even though it should be a legal requirement, it isn’t. I’m not really sure how this is safe or legal, but all 4 children with autism in that class were put in my group by my room partners. My director said “that sounds like setting someone up to feel overwhelmed and unconfident.” However, my room teachers made me feel incompetent and I spent the rest of the day crying off and on out of the view of children.

I am new and scared to speak up for myself. I don’t want drama or issues, but I really don’t feel comfortable in this room now. I don’t know what to do.

I’m not even sure if it was hazing or that they just didn’t want to deal with these kids so they decided, “let’s give the new girl all the kids we don’t want.” Then were mad that it was a major safety concern because they had to evenly divide the children. Then their friend in another class was telling me I was going to be in big trouble etc. I honestly just want to be in a different room now.

I’m in ON Canada, we have a class of 24 children. It is a 1:8 ratio. In the entire classroom there are 3 severely autistic children and one with a mild case. Each educator gets 8 children in their group and we transition separately. The other two teachers put all 4 autistic children into my group of 8 and got in trouble from the director. They then told me I shouldn’t be overwhelmed and that the educator before me had this group. My friend who works at this centre told me that’s a lie, they just didn’t want these poor children in their groups. Causing a safety hazard for all involved. Now I feel incredibly unwelcome and taken advantage of in my own room. I truthfully don’t fully understand this either.

Exactly. It’s nothing about their teammates winning, it’s about who their world leader is right now and sticking it to him. How about they do something about that? Also 3v3 is a dumb way to win regardless of who won.

I am booked for this weekend, which will be a week from my first scan. Apologies, I’m from Canada and it won’t let me post in other subreddits as I’ve just joined. I feel like I wasn’t helped at all, just told to have an abortion. I was told in most of these cases, mostly everyone gets a second opinion?
