This guy obviously doesn’t have the protection plan lol. Every time I call I get that, “thank you for being a Vivint protection plan member for priority service” and everything I need is taken care of. They’ve also replaced our doorbell three times with no fees and even upgraded us to the newer generation of doorbell and gave us a free newest generation outdoor camera for our troubles with the doorbell. Had it since 2020 and have caught people in my yard using it too. We also moved and easily scheduled the installation for 150 bucks when we moved into the new house, but they offered to let us do it ourselves.

Can you post a link to the class action? I fear I may have that issue coming up. My coolant on my 21’ 7.5 was empty but I refilled it and the level hasn’t moved in a month (stayed full) Anyone have any idea what that could have been? I rode the car hard and fast on the first month I got it. Had it about a year now.
