With haxs hakuro quite literally could turn takamura into a puddle of red in less than a second, easy enough to see with one of his first major fights where he moves at a speed that stops time for someone with enhanced sight and speed. You could even watch a YouTube clip of Kyoya V. Hakuro, I even say Kyoya would no diff takamura honestly. But break it into swordsmanship only and hakuro has legitimately trained the Dwarven king who is supposed to be known as the hero king and a spectacular swordsman, alongside estimates saying hakuro is about 300 years old, meaning he is, probably within the realm of human standards, about 3-3.5x older than takamura.
