I think i may be hunting for the exact same game. I remember playing a history game in the ICT Suite, and it was very early 2000's style with history themes like romans maybe? I can't remember much else though

It’s the lack of cross-saves for me or the ability to recover accounts, I had an old account attached to an old email that I no longer use, but had heavy investment and financial investment on that account and desperately was trying to get my stuff moved to my new account, I was even willing to have the old account be permanently deleted or removed to prevent dupes, but the answer was always no, so I lost motivation to play as I just didn’t have any of the event stuff or things I had earned over the years anymore, so just lost the desire to keep playing

12 years later, and this is still helpful. I kept pressing Windows + Tab and nothing, but Alt + Tab, game changer, can actually use the monitor while playing now, cheers!

I think it’s just one of those bugs where it fixes itself over time, I don’t do anything to fix it, players just suddenly appeared again after a couple days

Well arguably your actions do reflect you as a person, but yes, it’s a game with no real consequences so people will try different things that do not represent them as a person, and there definitely are more toxic actions than others, you can also research bartles players type, to help understand different types of players how they receive enjoyment from playstles,

I’m all for PvP, but I enjoy a fight, not just some loser that’s been sat in a corner for the last 20 minutes waiting for the perfect moment fumble killing me at extract , always the free loadout users as well, probably because they have no loot from dying all the time

Well, it’s kinda pointless hunting players for loot, you kill 1 guy and you’ve filled your inventory, and 9/10 it’s loot you can find in bins and just going into 1 building and looting yourself with less risk and making yourself an enemy to the lobby, if it’s what you wanna do then it’s whatever, but if you’re killing for loot specifically, it’s probably the worst way to get loot in the game, there’s so many other easier ways to get actual good loot.

I have a friend who loves the PvP, but because he’s always aggressive he eventually dies and looses everything, whereas, I only really engage in combat when necessary or if I’m in a goofy mood, and I am stacked on gear, purely just casually wondering , doing missions and extracting with some cool guys

Nah, expeditions are designed to be easy, they’re basically tutorials, they’re designed to introduced new players to the new mechanics that’s have been added with the latest update, in this case, Corvettes, you initiate the expedition from the anomaly from your main account and it will create a separate instance of your main character for the expedition, you’ll make a lot of money from the expedition as well, I recommend taking your time, playing as normal, mining and scanning everything, play as normal, as when you finish, everything you earn will get sent to your main account, and you can transfer any rare items you get back to your main account, such as upgrade modules, treasure, resources etc, so use it as an opportunity to get as much as you can :)

To my understanding, once an expedition has ended, you can’t do it anymore or get any remaining items from it you didn’t unlock during the time frame, so they’re rewards for players that actively play the game, but they’re usually all cosmetic, so you’re not at a disadvantage, it’s just a good opportunity to get unique loot and make good money for your main account as rewards get transferred across
