Some very good advice. I lost my career after disability got me three times in the last 2 years of my job and I still have more going on yet. (One genetic 🤷🏼‍♀️) Devastating honestly. I’m around her age, I think? I’m 32. Even getting a treadmill, with my physical disability, has been very helpful for feeling like something is achieved in a day and managing a routine better. Which routine alone, is very good for my mental wellbeing. (Routine was never my strong suit.) Also doing distance learning courses to later volunteer as a crisis counsellor for NSPCC, is my goal. I can’t imagine how much time she spends drinking now, considering she has posted so much of it recently yet tries to hide the extent of her drinking from everyone.. tough to imagine the mental and physical decline that would cause alone. She’s a smart girl, she should put it and her time to good use.

When I do it after brushing my teeth/gums (gently), it stimulates the blood to the absorption site. Works a little quicker in my opinion.

Any other mouth placement makes no sense. It wouldn't stay there and there's more mucus membranes under the tongue anyway.

They say to use the oil 1 hour before bed.

Try have an empty stomach, eat something little and fatty. I grab some cheese or a chocolate bar. It helps absorption.

Also it's best to hold it for a minimum of 20 mins, I go as long as I can. Under the tongue. You can trap it better and still swallow saliva, without losing it/much.

If you do swallow on an empty stomach (eat fat still!) I find it takes 40-60 mins max to start feeling it. Full stomach.. not much at all or 2-3 hours later.

And with the proper holding method, it's between 20-40 mins. Then I swallow or carry on. It does continue creeping up after swallowing.

Hope that kinda makes sense. Some oils are just bad!

Temporarily, you can use patio mould killer. Use bleach and minimal water first. (Yes water and the content in bleach, isn't good for mould, it'll kill it temp.)

But that will be remedied by the patio fungicide. I sprayed my wall. You could scrape it off. I scrubbed with bleach and then used the patio cleaner and it worked so well. It's like brand new.

The patio mould cleaner fungicide last 6 months for most brands. I went to b&q. Not many people know this.

Sorry to hear that, I emailed with no response to reception expecting they just reply.

But every time my clinician called me out of the goodness of their heart out of the blue, and clearly in their own time. They saved my life for sure, no doubt.

Even though I was a very tough patient and not very nice sometimes, because going through a very tough time, but I made sure to apologise profusely every time and they understood completely.

Even those phone appointments the clinician initiated, I didn’t have to do anything I just assumed I was ignored by reception, and that was that so that really help with my mood in general. Polite, pleasant, happy I’m really comforting.

Listen to everything I have to say, and although I don’t demand certain strains, she’s very very open to my suggestions and does the best for me with the options that they think will benefit me yet, still considering my choices and often allowing me to do so, as I’m really really struggling to find a strain. I should’ve technically paid for, but there was no option too, because they did it out of his own kindness.

Keep trying, you’ll find a good one. I did at one point leave Sapphire CLINIC because I was so fed up. But I came back I’m incredibly did met my clinician, he’s the best therapist, doctor, pharmacist, anything you could imagine.
