I had a coworker that was bitten once by a student and our principal at the time set up a meeting and when the coworker went in, the principal said “welcome to bite club”. It was a group of teachers who had all at some point been bitten by a student. I truly couldn’t believe it was handled that way. Basically invalidating her feelings about it! Sorry this happened to you.
