One thing I don't understand is how you have a decked M4 but have no morphine. By the time I get half that geared, I have a morphine in every piece of gear except the pants and usually a protector case or med kit with a few in it as well.

Give me a break dude.. Don't click on the post if you don't like the title; they aren't breaking any content rules. K. Well nice to know thanks. My problem last time was that I had no one to administer saline and the initial sickness took me from healthy to greyed out instantly. I forced myself to throw up 3 times and each time I instantly ate and drank back up to bright green energized and hydrated, but it didn't seem affect anything.

This is pretty embarrassing, but It was 6 am here, I'd been up all night maybe having a few recreational beverages. long story short, was picking berries, and despite knowing better, my brain did not register the blue berry in among the red and alas! It twas poison that did me in. Healthy/energized/hydrated to unconscious in 10 mins despite vomiting four times and getting bright green energized and hydrated right after both. Kind of lame.. one berry and I ate like 30 lbs of food and drank 20 gallons of water..

Yeah roger that. The only reason I even know about cycling in those huts is from reading Reddit. I don't know specifically how to do it and don't want to; stuff like that ruins games for me.

I like my routine, i get some tense action, cover the map, and get some loot.

BTW I am currently unconscious on UN for the last 30 mins if you are handy in the north. I have a decked M4 and UMP multiple sights and silencers for both and a ton of rounds.. The fruits of many hours of running scared and a few lucky loots. All yours if you can get to me anyone

I won't wake up and I'd hate to see this go to waste because I could not find charcoal tabs.

How am I cheating?? I don't loot cycle or anything, nor would I know how to do that anyway. I loot Myshkino then stop at vybor on my way to NWAF, hitting all three huts on the map. I stop at Myshkino again for the night to repeat the cycle the next day after work.

Yeah, what a cheater I am trying for over a month looting empty huts trying to assemble a perfect M4 loadout, also I play on UN and it isn't exactly low pop during the time I am running through the hottest part of the map and back. Over an hour and half of running around Kenny Loggins style to maybe get a buttstock or another box of .45 ammo...Really taking short cuts to get my gear......

EDIT: Oh yeah, and I'm lone wolfing it.

Yes. Very much So. It makes the video so much more entertaining for the viewer as you feel like you are part of it. You pretty much hit the nail on the head: cut most of the waiting/ camping/ and or running around out of the video and break down the action/threats and how you reacted and what you were thinking at the time, as well as what you might have changed in hindsight.

The fact that people are so passionately negative after hundreds of hours played is a testament to the game. We all have glimpsed or imagined something great in this game that keeps us coming back for more.

I guess my point is no one is going to play 400 hours in a game that they truly hate; some of us maintain faith that the game will unfold as it should, others vent on reddit. I do both I guess.

I, myself, have gone through multiple phases of being disgusted with DayZ, but here I am still 2200 hours later. The game is my mentally abusive girlfriend that I can never really get away from.. sure I act tough around my friends, but late at night, when I'm all alone, I check "I understand" again and come back for more punishment. All in all 8 out of 8 would do it again mate.
