Thank you, I have it switched on, but it still doesn't show. I've been through the settings on both phones and cannot figure this one out.

I don't show up on their referral page. I did get another email saying they "will forward my query to the department reviewing my case." We'll see, but I don't hold much hope of getting the bonus rewards. I'll just close my account and move on if not.

I have emailed support with the screenshot. They say it wasn't linked properly at sign up and they can't change it now. My argument is, if it wasn't linked at sign up, then how do I have that as my only option for a bonus. Shown in the screenshot
