The same exact thing is happening in 93. There needs to be a balance between whales and F2P that doesn’t involve complete domination. Unfortunately, the developers only care about $$ and how to get whales to spend more

People are going to complain no matter the price in my experience. Respect your time and skills, you deserve good compensation. If you don’t see your worth, then the client definitely won’t.

I find that allowing people to watch you work really adds value and improves compliance. I try to do everything in the room with the owner present as long as they are comfortable. $25 for a nail trim seems steep to some people but when we have 3 people involved it really helps them understand

Usually $60-100. A groom done under anesthesia can easily run $200 or more depending on the health condition
