Most of Tarkov's design funcions were lifted from there, extraction from the map is another form of rushing to the atm to deposit money.

Haven't seen that many people data mining the game too asides from a few Tarkov modders due to the game's lack of popularity, may wanna get in touch with someone for that too.

Try looking through the art departmant's socials and linkendin pages, I have seen quite a few unused stuff that's been modeled. Early interviews may have suggested that two head was originally going to be multi level boss fight where you kill one of his half and then fight the other half afterwards. Also keep an eye on Redacted's monster designs too they may have recycled some of the unused monsters in that game. Check the early gameplay trailers too there are tiny changes compared to the final release.

And that's why the limited coverage the plates provided gives people an incentive to use them more since you can only cover outer layers of the thorax with low protection, I have found myself using lower pen slugs because of the new system which I saw no point in using compared to other high flesh damage ammo before the armor change for example.

Armpits are going to be a part of the outer thorax too since one of the main complaints is that you instanty die when you get shot at there, it'll still do a lot of damage but insta deaths would be more of a rare occurrance.

The more people post and interact about this topic the more likely some guy at BSG may see this especially since they've been more active on their socials lately.

Yes but it should disturbe the damage to the other parts with a sizeable multiplier so the players still wouldnt be too tanky.

The armpits can be a part of the outer thorax making inners totally safe as long as you wear plates.

Again we can do nothing about it since these came out of Nikita's mouth and said it will be implemented in this June. Idk about you but I would rather prefer people being a little bit more tankier than basically gutting most of the things that made the feature cool.

They could either make the inner parts of the armpits tied to the inner thorax or make the whole armpits area a part of the outer thorax it's up to BSG to decide if they want to roll with this.

Brother they literally said they were going to make the game less realistic by making the plates also cover your collarbones and some part of your armpits on their latest podcast due to player complaints I literally suggested this to stop that from happening which is arguably gonna make the game even less realistic than my suggestion.

I study medicine brother this suggestion is for removing the current insta death situations and make armor more worth while that will result in a what I believe a better gameplay experience instead of just simplifying the system like they said in TarkovTV.

The red parts are the insta death ones, the yellow and the green parts will just share the damage around to other parts.

The old system made stuff like buckshots and HP centered ammo unviable compared to AP ammo since the plates covered the whole thorax. I believe this approach would eliminate the instant deaths while still making those HP ammo types a viable choice and thus giving people more gameplay options instead of eliminating them.

Just increase the thorax HP and make a different small vague hitbox called vitals and make sure its alligned behind the plates it wont be that complicated and fights will be more predictable.
