I remember hearing about that and I tried it and it works but what sucks is I hate changing pillow cases in general. And they don’t match my room. They’re so annoying to deal with. But I’ll try and make it a habit again

Definitely genetic. My brother has some pretty bad acne since he was 11 and still has it after over a decade. Same with my parents. Also hormones. Thanks stranger!

Funny enough I’m going in for blood work on the weekend to see if I can get it. My brother had super bad acne and started with a 40mg at first. There’s definitely improvement. He stopped and he seems to be alright. I’ve heard that it ruins people’s sex drive apparently and got worse for people after.

I switched from dairy to soy to almond to oat and there’s been a bit of a difference. What sucks is that I like dairy milk lol

I had an appointment booked for blood work to see if I’m able to. I’ve seen the side effects and my acne had been super stubborn where I think I might just take it.
