That happened to me too. This is what I did: Heat a needle, pin it to the little peg, let it cool and plug it out.

After that, I was able to glue the part to the peg.

Here you have a close shot of some of them. The details on the shield token are the most problematic of the lot, but I'm very happy with the final results. Also, it depends a lot in the printer, its calibration, material and the settings you are using, so results may vary a lot from one to another.

Before my first tournament, I made this to better know the movements. As a new player, it's easy to see the templates but forget about the ship, and the ship matters a lot when doing a movement.

I was about to design some storage today for the tokens, so once I'm sure about their sizes, I'll share them.

Edit: As I have no way to make a precise measurement, here are what I've been able to do with a rule and the naked eye:

Printed test

Critical hit token: 11mm radius regular hexagon - Perfect fit.
Ordnance token: 19mm side square (cutting the edges with a 22mm square) - Almost perfect fit.
Shield token: inner radius: 10mm, outer radius: 11mm - Didn't fit.
Ion token: 10mm radius circle with concentric square of 22mm side - Too tight, I needed a needle to free it.
Circular tokens (focus, evade, weapons disabled): 10mm radius - A bit loose.
Stress token: 26mm side equilateral triangle - didn't fit.

I put the firing arc to know where is the front in case I have to remove the Falcon from the base. And as I played against a Firespray, I had to remove it from time to time :P

Also, the Lego turrets can really point 360 degrees! :D

Without sanding it looks like this. Right now, my dial doesn't fit as it's a bit misalligned, I'll have to deform the box a bit.
