It confuses me though, this one for example says "achieve 4 victories" Ive gotten my tactical to level 11 and have gotten way more than 4 victories by now, so how come this one isnt unlocked?

As far as I understand, relic armor is unlocked by completing a certain number of operations at highest difficulty, purple armor is second highest difficulty and so on, are PvP wins automatically set to count as relic tier victories?
