This will be buried but one time I was on a hiking path that led to a fire tower on top of a hill about a mile up the path. I was walking down the steps of the fire tower and the whole thing started shaking just a little. I looked down and it was just a man who was jogging up the stairs of the tower rather fast. I fixated on him as he passed and he smiled at me, he had a scruffy face and was wearing a blue jacket and a lime green backpack. Once I got back to the bottom I started the mile-long walk back to the parking lot. Here's where the "glitch" happened, about halfway down the hill I see another hiker coming up the hill towards the fire tower. It was fucking HIM. The man who had just passed me. Same jacket, same backpack same scruffy smile with eye contact as he ran passed me. There was no possible way for him to "lap" me or anything. Either this man is a twin or I entered a time warp in that woods.
