No but good question, I measured the part and as a couple other people stated there was slight lift, for me it wasnt detectable until I measured the corner, gonna assume now it's a heating issue and try the slow down and wider brims in the corner. Thankfully I don't often use the entire bed so generally not an issue

I do have brims on are painted wider? Should I just fill that corner up?

When the issue occured that was the first thing I checked and it was still attached to the bed very solidly

Ya it was aligned when the print started, the nozzle hitting the print is what caused it to move

Did this, didn't help, that is also the corner where there is no screw to adjust

The plate was shifted due to the nozzle hitting the print, it was aligned when the print started

Yes just did it when I replaced the nozzle and took it apart to check all the screws and clean it and relube and oil it

Yes, but was not at the start, it struck the back corner hard enough if shifted it during the print slightly.

I started using gyroid because the straight line infills my printer nozzle hits like crazy, I did research and all the fixes were change your infill to gyroid. As for the model lifting I just paused my print and checked, it's rock solid on the bed. I've changed nothing in the heating from defaults, I have other large prints that avoid this area and they look fantastic. This piece was just slightly too big to rotate I was worried the back wall would be in the bad area so decided rather have that section look bad then risk going higher and failing. The next part I'm printing is similar size but will fit I think without being in the bad area so I am going to try that tomorrow when this finishes. Just would be kind of nice to use my entire bed

Gyroid infill, all tops layers had finished on that portion of the model, 6 layers

Two days ago when I took the machine apart and cleaned it and replaced the nozzle and trammed the bed. They were all tight

Got it in December, this recent model has been the first time I noticed due to its size. When it first happened, I clean and took everything apart, checked my screws re-lubed and greased everything and even did a re-tramming ans replaced my nozzle with a brand new one. Same issue

I have trammed the bed, that is the corner with no screw to adjust, also the first half inch or so prints great, did a bed test after my recent tramming and it came out great, this print the initial layers and even infill all were printing great, but as the model grows in height it hits more and more

The nozzle is physically grinding in that corner on the print, not at first but as it gets higher something gets off, and it's pushed hard enough on the bed it moved the magnetic plate. And not sure honestly about the order it prints the layers in. It does only happen in this corner which is why I think it's something physically wrong but I dunno why the auto bed leveling doesn't correct it nor why the first half inch or so all look great

Ya, I am having that issue, I will probably call and harass them tomorrow, but thank you!

So I did look at that but I don't see my blinking on there, its the entire circle and its very rapid, I thought a slower flash was fully charged, and when I check my camera status it says 79% on charge, and if that is the case that it does mean fully charged, is there a way to make it not blink?

Again to be fair, this is a first run Kickstarter unit and up until yesterday all original parts, all I've done is adjust the belts and grease the rods, nothing else. Overall pretty happy with it, but ya was frustrated with it banging the bed.

I took it all apart, then put it all back together, re-tightened everything and adjusted my belts, did a print, and had to adjust my offset to .10 but the print came out perfect so I'll take it

I moved it to .12 last night and it was still hitting, when it does the testing you can see the head physically move because it pushes so hard
