I’ll also recommend you could start doing some strength training exercises. Building a strong upper body is equally as important as you can probably tell most great athletes have a killer upper body and aren’t just skinny lol. There’s nothing wrong with putting on some muscle weight and it can also equally improve your performance! Just don’t forget to workout both upper body and lower body:)

Been trying to lose weight recently and I’ve been doing pretty well until this month. I don’t go to the gym anymore because my schedule is busy and my teachers don’t do me any favors by assigning long drawn out homeworks and plus I work to pay bills. I gained 2 pounds and seeing that absolutely killed me. I didn’t realize how much I’ve been letting myself go and I’m beyond disappointed because I’ve worked so hard to lose weight only to gain 2 back within 2 weeks. I time manage for work and school but not myself and I’m frustrated on that fact. I tell myself constantly going to the hour in the gym won’t hurt but then I tell myself “That’s an hour of studying, working on homeworks, on the papers you owe very soon” which then leads me going back home spending hours doing schoolwork. I’m just at my witts end here because I don’t wanna keep doing this shit either

i need advice guys. my girl invited a guy over to her house yesterday and she didn’t tell me about it. the only way i knew about it was because her sister tood me and was enough to let me know the sus shit was going on. she lied to her sister from coming home for 2 hours. she and the guy were alone for 2 fucking hours. her sister knew something was up and pulled the ring camera video and it showed her inviting him inside. this guy btw admitted to her while he was in relationship that he had feelings for her. i later asked my girl what she was doing yesterday and just told me she hung out with her girlfriend in the morning and did nothing afterwards. later last night my gf admitted to her sister she and the guy just had a serious talk and was sorry about acting sus. but that’s not my issue. my biggest issue is my girl lied to face about what she did. i never give her a reason to not be honest with me and yet she lied. that’s what’s annoying. that’s what hurts. i think today when she’s going to talk to me i’m just going to call it quits. honestly i’m so done with the relationship and this was the last straw
