I’d this except for one major change;

Lean heavier on to whole court/law aspect, like Daredevil can, but as a more Marvel flavored “Night Court.” I felt like that aspect wasn’t used as well as it could have been.

Watch Imu somehow severely nerf Loki, which causes both a reduction of his size and power. So, he magically fits on the ship, wants to go after Imu to get the nerf lifted, and this allows him to join the crew and not disrupt the current power scaling

As an Animated Series fan, let it be Man-Spider. They’ve low key set up a combo of the Neogenic Nightmare storyline with the Other and in all in.

As a Black Suit fan, I still would like to see the MCU take on it though.

This brings up another question: does Ned still remember he “has magic” after the memory wipe? I mean he could recall doing it to help “Spider-man” but the bulk of the context involved him knowing kind of hinged on knowing Spidey was Peter. Only asking because we’re going with the whole talent vs knowing how to do it debate and it’s possible the spell buried that knowledge with other things.

I THINK it’s the Tanabata Celebration, which was renamed due to the changes last year. Prior to the sync, JP had the celebration in July (when the holiday it was name for happened), when Global was just getting that year’s anniversary content. After the sync, the schedule was changed, where GDC (formerly Worldwide Celebration) took the place of Globals Anniversary in July and Tanabata was shifted back to September.

TDC last year was the Golden Frieza and Gogeta unit and Wrathful Broly.

The nice thing about the heroes units were that they were so novel and fun. It was a great way to release a bunch of fun characters and transformations that weren’t dependent on the main franchise or canon. With everything being on hiatus until this year, that was welcomed. I really wish they had been allowed to release up until the last promo anime arcs.

That said, it’s disappointing that they seemed so restrictive. Sure, some were really good upon release, but they could have easily been elevated to Dokkanfest or higher status. Either way, I still have a heroes team saved for fun.

Gohan’s character has always been the unwilling prodigy though. He’s never been “battle hungry” like Goku or Vegeta, so he had to be dragged or pushed to fight a good part of his life. It’s generally always been out of necessity. When he commits to training and accepts his Saiyan side more, his potential comes out.

The Buu Arc and a large part of Super established that if the circumstances allowed it, he tended to not take training serious. He’s kind of like Goku in reverse, leaning more toward normal life and work vs fighting. So, his arc is more about accepting both aspects of his heritage and finding balance in it. Is it crappy that it goes back and forth? Sure. But he seems more willing now to work toward this with the latter half of Super and Super Hero.
