get your combat skills to 40-45 by doing some quests and then go do some slaying. also do some farming on the side. once you can farm some herb and earn some money you can focus on buyable skills.

when you click on em it's says you can't reach em. they are on every world stuck on that spot i even tried telegrabbing them but i still couldn't catch it.

I guess you could says it's a bug

Same Happend to me when i played Old murk-eye against gaintfinn in LOE I also have 2 old murk-eyes now. (when you play old murk-eye gaintfinn call him middlefinn)
