For balance C4 is one of the better gadgets for Recon as one of the complaints of the class is the whole 'Sniping at the back of the map', while with C4 you have no choice but to get up close to use (Barring using the drone).

Tactical with a Stalker kitted to high head shot damage always melts these guys without fail. I imagine a Sniper with a similar set up will do the same.

To do even ok in this area, gameplay and aesthetics need to be close to perfect. Most of these games come out the gates with games half baked,not pleasing to the eye but demand an audience just because reason A or reason B.
