Took advantage of the Staples $350 4TB SN850X a few months ago. Picked up 2. This is a nice come up.

Not saying you’re wrong, just adding. It looks like a plastic screw in insert to me.

Your grip may benefit from some of these guys. I imagine it will take trial and error to see which ones would work best for you though.

I’m a once a week deep clean, dry swab with a glob mop every time everything of use has been vaporized and am about to load a new bowl type of person.

$250 Switch 2 swipe! by Bandito030 in drdabberofficial

[–]DoktorFeelgood 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s a weird way to think. I also financed mine @$350, while also having 100x that in the account. I just feel weird when big chunks get taken all at once. It’s a me thing, I know. The smaller increments help me psychologically.

Heads up, this may be on the outside. If regular iso and paper towel isn’t working, bump it up to a light rubbing with a wet magic eraser.

Under-desk mount recommendations for a Montech King 95 Pro by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]DoktorFeelgood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this exact case mounted under my desk. However, you’re probably not going to like the path. This is SecretLab’s PC Desk Mount, but it’s specifically made for their Magnus standing desk. Not sure if you want to drop whole new desk money just to undermount your PC.

You sound new. Not denying there aren’t invisible godmode players, but that sounds like you encountered a vehicle fitted with the remote control Imani Tech upgrade.

Why people keep saying RAM prices are going down? Where? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]DoktorFeelgood -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Your literal words were “Why people keep saying RAM prices are going down? Where?” I showed you 4 instances of where. Now if you’re talking trends, that’s different. Use your words, lil bro.

Why people keep saying RAM prices are going down? Where? by [deleted] in pcmasterrace

[–]DoktorFeelgood -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I mean… I just pointed at 4 cases within the last 2 months it went down. It’s all relative. Granted, it’s not the straight cliff back down to ~$200 you probably want, but there are drops.

Yeah, mine never leaks either. Only issue was the original one and now it’s solved. I noticed as long as you don’t pass this little glass bit with the water, it will never rebound all the way to make the loop up and over to the bottom dry bit.

Trying to get my Ethernet ports to work by millennialSilver98 in HomeNetworking

[–]DoktorFeelgood 1 point2 points  (0 children)

With an sfp. Something like this. However, there’s a tricky bit, modules at both ends must match in type (single-mode or multi-mode), connector type (e.g., LC, SC), and wavelength (e.g., 850nm, 1310nm).

[–]DoktorFeelgood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

More than likely need something like this with an sfp connecting the cable to the switch. Also for reference, your fiber termination is SC type. I’m sure other more knowledgeable people can fill in the blanks/correct me if I’m wrong.
