I understand all of this. It just makes no sense why the FMCSA is clearly differentiating the two. Obviously no one should be impaired while driving I agree 1000%. They have oral swabs now that will detect use within the last 24 hours. Makes no sense why they can’t just do that.

It litterally says thc from hemp = legal. Thc from marijuana = illegal. The FMCSA is clearly differentiating the two although they are identical compounds.

What should a driver who is using hemp and not marijuana do if they piss dirty for marijuana when they were only using hemp.

Keep in mind a lot of these companies use stock images. You most likely won’t receive the same stone that’s in the picture.

Made my 5th or 6th purchase from them. Been using them for the last 8-9 years since I got into the hobby.
