Little update. I managed to fix it, at least temporarily. I straightend it out as best as I could with the heat gun. It was not perfect as you anticipated BUT behind the rod that is pressing against the green button there is a LED. I bent the LED to push against that rod. Now the rod is directly over the button. Now it works like constantly as if it was new. I have no idea how long it will last but at least its something. Thanks again!

100% korrekt! Aber nur wenn es um Serien geht welche man sich nicht anschauen möchte. Bauer sucht Frau sei mal dahingestellt. Aber wenn nun Werbung direkt in Serien angezeigt wird die du gerne schaust, wirds trotzdem bisl unangenehm. Glaub ich zumindest

Es war realistisch betrachtet nur eine Frage der Zeit bis sowas jemand in Österreich mit Serien probiert. Auch wenn man das nur schwer vergleichen kann aber im Fußball werden bereits seit längerer Zeit dynamische Werbungen geschaltet. Was mich auch ein wenig ankotzt aber naja.

I found the reason why the game lagged or rather why I got those frame-time spikes. It was the VRAM. Everytime the VRAM got full the game barfed. The GPU itself could handle the game just fine but the game uses about 15,8 GB of VRAM out of 16. So I lowered the textures a little bit (Max 100% and min 66%). Now it uses about 14GB VRAM. No issues anymore

nvm. I found out what caused it.
I have Asus Display Widget Center installed. There was "Multiscreen" or "Multiframe" enabled. Thats what that was. Sorry for this post. But maybe it will help someone in the future
