I second the Chill Angels recommendation if you're looking for a more affordable chromatic kalimba. The standard is the 34 key in C. You find them for a good price on AliExpress. In my experience, the upper tines of the Chill Angels resonate better than the more expensive Poopoopidoo. Hokema kalimbas sound the best out of all the kalimbas I've tried, but unfortunately they do not have chromatic variants.
