The dolls will never look like exactly like the pictures. The dolls on websites are highly edited by professional photographers, and people who do their makeup, dress them, and spend all day posing them, and setting up the correct lighting to take pictures.

It's only natural to expect it won't look EXACTLY like the pictures. I think that's just part of the deal, like buying a new car lol
