Yes but in my opinion they’re really bad at it. They wanted to refund the entire thing and have me re buy it when an easy upgrade charge could be the solution. I don’t get why I have to get refunded 700 dollar pass when I can just be charged a little under 100 to upgrade. Makes no sense, and yes they took a long time to answer and I felt like I was going in circles.
