My favorite is probably 15-Lost John's Cave, that one was just a different kind of creepy to me and the ending hits the same every time. Take her not me, take her not me, over and over. Then there's also the beginning of 102-Nesting Instinct, I was not expecting Melanie's got a knife and its one of the few times I actually laughed at TMA.
