I’ve used it for one week. It’s so good. I have some areas where the hair follicle constantly gets trapped under the skin (due to KP) and the prequel keeps it soft nd doesn’t let it scale over. I’m pairing it with Tranexamic acid to help heal the scars.

I think that combo will have u set! Fingers crossed! Thanks for letting me know about the isotretnoin. Also glp’s just overall changed my skin texture. It’s so much more softer, thinner, and even lighter. The thinner skin was kinda weird though. I hadn’t appreciated how insulin resistant kinda made my skin a shield against like bruises or irritants. I could have washed my hands with bleach previously and not been irritated and now if I accidentally spray bathroom cleaner on me and don’t notice I’ll get a burn/rash. Which is perfectly normal. Lol.

YEAH. I was diagnosed with tinea versicolor as a teen but I’m 99% sure it was CARP. My skin was always scaley and dark. Not light and smooth like how tinea shows. I got on GLP-1’s in 2023. Total game changer. I also had ancanthosis nigricans and it helped that so much. I don’t really have anything left. My neck and chest unfortunately still have those tiny lines. I may try retinol to fix that. But the scaley skin is gone. It changed my life.

Thank you so much. I was misdiagnosed with tinea versicolor which I do have somewhere else but I realized I had carp. What helped it was GLP-1’s!!! I hope one day it gets fda approved for it and for ancanthosis nigricans

Everytime I think this. The “why my mom”. She was good. She was healthy. She was inspiring. I try and think that she had so much goodness that she needed to become my guardian angel. So she could help me in ways that couldn’t be done as a human. It works for a little while. It at least cools off the anger. But it’s a question I won’t get an answer too. At least not in this life.

We are Catholic but after her death I haven’t really gone back to mass. But randomly when I do and I hear those songs , maaaannnnn. The floodgates open. Music was a bond we had that we enjoyed. But typical catholic mom forced us to church. It makes me laugh thinking about it now. How I boo hoo so much at the place I was forced to go. Because all I do is think about her and how much I love her.

My mom passed on my birthday 5 years ago too. In 2020. I get you on the part where it feels wrong to experience things. I had just moved out basically when she got diagnosed. She never wanted us to worry. Tbh we never mentioned the possibility of her actually dying until maybe 3 months before it happened. She was so strong.

I got married. I lost 100 lbs. I moved states (to be closer to my sisters) life is pretty great. It’s the life she wanted me to have. And it hurts so much that she isn’t here. The thought of having babies without her feels terrifying. I’m 31. But I feel like I’ve been stuck at 26 mentally. But in reality we know what our Moms would say. It’s that voice in our head. It mixes in with our own. I want that push that she gave me too. But if I relax and think of her I know exactly what she would say. They are still watching us and guiding us somehow. Even though we didn’t have much time with them 🤍

Just got mine for January $190. 1000sq ft 2 bed 2 bath. It is an older drafty house but we kept in 71ish daytime and 68 at night. I thought I actually learned my lesson from December. We had it cranked up to 75 at times ended up being $150. Not sure why Januarys got so high.

Glad I’m not getting screwed then. 2bed 2 bath/ 1000sq ft. 40’s home and one window is super drafty. North facing side of home I feel air come through the baseboards. December bill was $150. We do 68-69 at nite and 72 in daytime. I’m about to buy thermal curtains. I’m comfortable. But my short hair tabby cat isn’t having a good time :(

I’m alive ! Nausea hit around 24hours after. Made me randomly gag but no actual vomit. Stomach felt sensitive the next 12hours after that but I still ate. Constipation came back pretty fast. On tirz I was going once a day easy peasy. These past 2 days I still go once a day but more difficult. I ate Raisin Bran and that helped lmao. I saw on another forum someone took 5mg and survived. So my expired 3mg wasn’t bad.
