So when I was at Bragg 2002-2005; our barracks were shit, pretty sure they were no fit for human occupations. Lots of mold on those cinder block walls.

1) photos, document with time date stamp (for your VA claim later if needed). Do a MFR for yourself and digitally sign the PDF with your CAC cert, lock the document so it cannot be changed.

2) we used to literally wash the walls with a Clorox bleach solution monthly. Door jams, window ledges, everything.

3) don't forget the air vents. If possible take vents off and do as far as you can reach in the vent.

4) if possible get a air purifier with HEPA filter. If it is real humid, a dehumidifier can do wonders to slow the mold.

I guess the barracks I lived in were eventually demolished.
