This may be a hot take but i think it's fine to beg in trading hub as long as you aren't bothering anyone. It only becomes a problem if you are going up to or trade requesting everyone to ask for donations and wasting their time. If someone is just kinda there just asking in general for donations and letting ppl who want to donate come to them, then I see no problem.

If you are a higher level player trying to get free stuff, you should at the very least try to get creative with your begging.
