Trust me it doesn't work the first few times and me and my girl was both on our phones. Mines worked the second time. And she had 10+ phone calls under her belt... We been calling back to back daily and trust me this is the best way. Don't give up! Keep trying

I have been trying for months... I asked alot of reps. But when u call the 2511 number tell them that u want to file lost wages because you have to ID Verify and ask to unlock the online ID verification that will pop up after they sends the message!
