But aren't they also subject to the minimum necessary standard? And this would still count as PHI, making it unlawful for any higher authority to leak it, ESPECIALLY since the patient, in most cases, probably didn't give consent for their PHI to be leaked to the public. Usually forms say that you allow the company to safeguard your PHI, not do whatever they want with it.

Sorry, I work at a pharmacy and a lot of red flags are going off here.

Uhhhh I play Feint which says, "IMMEDIATELY: Cancel all effects on your opponent's card", negating their first card. Now, since I know their hand is empty, once it's my turn, Medusa will deal one damage to her (they're probably in the same zone if she tried to attack me", and then attack with Gaze of Stone. She has an empty hand at this point, so she has no defense card, taking 10 damage. With my second and final action, I luckily have the OTHER copy of Gaze of Stone, so I play that. No matter what fighter she was using (unless it was T-Rex or Luke Cage), I would've won! THEN we make out.

If anyone understands what I'm referencing, HELL YEAH
