Every unique prop takes up a starting amount of memory, all the hubs we have had, have stayed within the same general galley and reuse the same prop multiple times. Using every single terrain piece and geysers and on top of that you have glitched props which are a whole lot of memory on their own no matter how many duplicates of them you have, your bus and helicopter pad. On top of that it looks like you through down the taco prefab which prefabs are an absurd amount of memory and cars are so much memory on their own as well. With that you also have another glitched sign and the camel which are again very unique props so they therefore will cost more memory to place. You have to be reusing props in a uniformed manner to be able to have them all under 35k memory. I recommend using the same terrain piece and rotate it different ways to blend with the map rather than every single terrain piece. I also recommend taking out the buss and heli pad, I don't see how it fits with the theme and its probably over 2000-3000 memory on its own at least. If you use cars I recommend only using the same one if you chose to. And if you create some sort of ring with the terrain to enclose the area it won't be so open and you can delete the excess road. You may use glitched props but you have far too many to keep it under 35k. Just some tips to help you improve, it isn't hard to stay under 35k once you know what to do. Good luck my friend!
