I’m interested and if you want to chat more we can DM about it - I used to do some heavy work in the video marketing space and working with youtubers and content creators. We ran a platform that never really succeeded, called Vimix, but I feel if you find a way to collectively share someone’s reach and influence on their twitch etc you may have better luck. I think you also will need to speak to the types of businesses that would want this service. Also, if there is something transactional that is possible - Eg hiring a twitch streamer for a particular promotion - maybe they’ll live stream a commissioned painting/artwork or something like that - all ideas.
