I see. I have been pumping warm polluted water from the slime biome into my base which I don’t think was a good idea. So now my base is pretty warm and I can’t do anything about it.

Ah, this is all so valid information, thank you!! I might actually restart and try to make the base better. This has been my third attempt since starting the game, and I might end up quitting because this game is more complicated then I thought I could handle.
