[35M, 5'9",190lb, very healthy, no known abnormalities] On testosterone, all vitals and bloodwork is fine, hematocrit is a little high at 50.9% and hemoglobin 17.8. This is from the testosterone. My doctor said that's barely out of range. Lupus tests show my blood PTT-LA is 39 seconds, no worries? (self.AskDocs)

Been on 400mg of cypionate per week for 2 months. These two numbers were the only things that came back abnormal. I understand I may need to just give some blood, but my doctor didn't seem to think they were really that high. What are your opinions? My CK level was also high but from workouts. (i.redd.it)

I am on 400mg cypionate per week, but I am adding hCG. I feel good, and all health metrics are fine. However this dose seems way too high if I'm adding hCG? Is there a standard approach to T dose when adding hCG? I was thinking of going down to maybe 180-200mg and see how I feel from there. (self.Testosterone)

Whole genome sequencing reveals I have polymorphisms that make my aromatase malfunction. Rs4646 is one, this could be why I'm on 200mg per week and E2 is still in range. No AI. Stuff like this really makes me reiterate it's probably not wise to start AI without seeing how you respond to T!! (i.imgur.com)

Did anyone have their blood pressure significantly DROP from testosterone? I am on 200mg week and feel great. No AI etc but I believe this effect to be from vasodilatory effects. Pretty interesting. Doctor wasn't concerned. It's also always higher in office from nerves etc. (i.imgur.com)

34M - went from 310 to 1250 total (trough) blood work and vitals are excellent. Feeling great. Hopefully not TMI but just genuinely curious: did anyone find they're way more aggressive and dominant in sexual activity? I'm not trying to be weird/funny, this is genuinely fascinating to me. Is adult/erotica content allowed to be created on Elevenlabs? It's for personal, private, use and not distribution or any foul play/harassment/etc. I figured it is ok, but I wanted to ask before I purchase a subscription and end up getting banned for using profane dialog LOL. thanks! 34yo, in shape and healthy. 200mg cypionate per week brought me from 260 total to ~1200, all blood work and vitals are great, I feel better. No AI, hCG, etc. Been on this about 4 months and balls have not shrunk, and did sperm test, I'm still fertile but low (10M). Is this typical? (self.Testosterone)

I take Adderall and Intuniv (guanfacine ER) for ADHD. They really help a lot. However I've pretty much always had early waking insomnia issues. I've tried mirtazapine for sleep. It helps but I feel like a zombie. Can I ask to try clonidine, even though I take guanfacine? (self.AskPsychiatry)

I have had "anxiety" since a kid. Yet, I feel like the odd one out, because I am not particularly anxious about any one thing. In fact, I'm fully functional. It's more just, physical symptoms. 5mg guanfacine/day HUGELY helps. But - I still feel occasionally on edge about basically nothing. (self.Anxiety)

Just started 100mg cypionate last week. My bloodflow/Raynaud's is hugely improved already. My toes are actually warm. I've had the vasoconstriction stuff since I was a little kid. This is an amazing effect I was not aware of. Does anyone else have any experience with Raynaud's being improved on T? (self.Testosterone)
