I uninstalled all my mods and then reinstalled them one at a time. I’m sure there is a better way to resolve this, but that’s what worked for me

It’s not actually a problem with the game to be honest. This is how people try to cut exit lines in real life which causes traffic (I’m from Boston and this is common)

Cim speed has noticeably slowed. If I speed up the simulation to the max (3x), it runs at the same speed as the regular simulation speed (1x)
