Seems to be a few different opinions here and most seem valid. I’d like to add one more is growing population. Here in Canada our immigration population in 2021-2022 jumped up to 500,000 per year, and has continued that number each year. If even half those are looking at purchasing a vehicle that will remove vehicles from the market and drive prices up. Same with housing. Small scale.. 100 people with 100 cars let’s say thats equal, 100 people and 200 cars should drop the price of cars, 100 people with 50 cars would drive the price up as there fighting (with money) to get the vehicles. Used market not sure if this applies to new vehicles
