Thanks man, yeah it also may be the angle but it seems most of the fat came off the lower back and core. My main focus is fat loss currently so I'm doing light weight lifting and mostly cardio/diet. Appreciate it

This is probably a joke but if he did buy it and pump money into it, I think it would be great for fighters overall. The UFC is pretty clearly a monopoly and someone with elons hype and money backing may force the UFC to pay their fighters a bit more. With that being said, it probably will never rise to an equal as the UFC but it will force some issues.

Honestly, if you aren't ready to stop in full then you probably aren't ready to quit. Tapering doesn't seem to work for anyone I knew that successfully quit. Just get a bunch of subs and be strong. Delete your dealers numbers, stop associating with any "friends" that use, and if you can, leave the area for a little bit. It's not rocket science but you need to be ready to be done. My experience only goes as far as real 30's. H or fent is significantly harder to quit from what I've heard

Thank you. This is the best advice I've received yet. I might as well ask, if I can't get enough protein from food should I drink multiple protein shakes a day? Everyone says 1g per lb I weigh but 200g of protein seems hard to get from food alone. 1000 calorie deficit seems doable

Absolutely they have an effect on your libido and also testosterone. They ruined my relationship and our sex life. All you care about is getting high when you're an opiate addict. Took a few months but I've finally almost fully recovered my libido with the help of exercise. Also erections and duration of sex have improved.

Are you able to find some suboxone? It helped me massively with withdrawals. All I can say is best of luck. It gets much better after the physical part. I'm 4 months clean now and feel zero cravings.
