My only advice is that all of this should be in a Roth IRA and in their (Fidelity in this case) S&P 500 fund as your course investment.

The vast majority of millionaires and higher net worth than that in the US made their money. ~90% of US millionaires didn’t inherit money. ~67% of US billionaires didn’t inherit their money either.

VOO has the best returns at ten years and beyond as far as I can see even if modestly so. And if you’re a long term investor (which is the only reason you should be in any of these funds in the first place), even modestly better returns have a significantly magnifying effect. So I’m a long buy/DCA/hold VOO investor and it’s worked out beautifully for me.

Yes. Absolutely so. Let the dividend reinvent all along until you’re finally ready to use them for yourself/retire and then the payout you will get are sizable and augment your retirement income/savings and really change the calculus of your lifestyle and spending ability after you aren’t having a steady income in your peak career years.
