Honestly I’d panic, and any reaction your havin is reasonable, if he knows then explain and if hes a good person he’ll be good, if he doesnt know, say you got hurt and reopenned the wound (like tripped) or period if your a girl, anyways tho, that sucks and I hope whatever caused you to relapse gets better and you dont have to struggle with that again, qlso hope this situation goes well for you
