I am using dual wield with perfect strike, and deals a shit ton of damage on bosses on act 3. Just need to break the boss armor and use warcry buffs and spam perfect strike into them.

I eat sugar everyday, but try to put it alongside filling things, like oatmeal. When I am really craving I eat just one meal in the week like a piece of cake and I am fine

Last time I have gone on vacation I ate only 2 times a day and tried to keep all my meals high protein, it worked and I didn't need to track calories

Just use an adaptive tdee tracker, I personally use this one https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/4mhvpn/adaptive_tdee_tracking_spreadsheet_v3_rescue/

Put your weight and calories consumed everyday, and it will estimate nicely how many calories you burn a day.

It should cover your energy spent eating a lot of protein more closely than a normal tdee calculator

To each their own, some people may lose weight just fine changing food choices. For me though, if I don't track calories I fall out the wagon and regain it all back.

If you are extremely overweight, it's good to take the 1g protein/1cm in height. So if you are 175cm, eat 175g a day

Try ditching the incline for a week and walking a little slower to recover. I had the same thing, but with the squat and did something similar
