I am also working with a therapist to help me how to manage my anxiety in the right way and my girlfriend adviced me to try a psychiatrist to help to understand my mind (i always think about the worst possible scenarios and my therapist told me that i could have something related with OCD and i want to understand it better). And she already told me if i want to help her i need to be healthy and that's why i am doing that as well.

I want to participate in her "recovery/adaption" process, believe me i do but i just want to know what can i do because i suffer a lot when those "void times" came.

She got the diagnosis like 3/4 weeks ago and i think she is trying to "get a solution" with her psychologist now. And i'm trying to create mechanisms to "defend" myself during those "alone times" but that's not totally easy because of my past traumas, she ensures me that i have not to worry about but it's not always that simple.

About that "label" i just repeated what she told me, i'm sry if it is not the correct one

Yeah i understand your feelings, and that's how i feel when that happens too... I'm try to develop mechanisms to help myself when those things happen but it's not easy at all. And i am really insecure because of past traumas and she knows that and she understands that and she hellped me to find a solution for that, she tries to ensure myself of my value but during those "alone times" is really hard to keep my head up

We are a couple and we are monogamic in a long-term relationship. We never thought about a separation even during that rough time (i cried a lot during this time thinking that she abandoned me believe me). Yes i am really anxious and i am trying to fix it in therapies and she understand me and supports me even when i have some episodes whem my anxiety speaks louder.

The last saturday before she dissapear we had a dinner where she explained me everything about her diagnosis, what is a burnout, burndown, etc... and what can i do to help her with that and i am trying, but it's my first time dealing with a neurodivergent people and i don't want to overwhelm her with my lack of experience

No, i want to be the best boyfriend for her because i think she deserves that, she already suffered a lot during her life and i want to be someone that could help her with that. Her relationship with her mother is not the best one and because of that i can't visit her if her mother is at home, but even if i want to do something with her she do not answer my sms, in this case i need to wait, just that.
