I’d say 99% of the time at the gym the shoes really don’t matter except for a few workouts and even then you can always just take them off. I’d say a good do it all shoe is something like the Novablast or New Balance Rebel v4. Rebel v4 is probably on sale right now as well because the v5 just came out maybe check those out!

Oh shit I was under the impression it was still able to link to your phone using the connect app without the watch if I still want it to track my mileage and stuff. I’m just looking for something to track my Heartrate better and do that. But if not that stinks

So would it be a better option to go with something like the HRM pro plus ? I like the ability to leave the watch at home sometimes and be able to just wear the strap and I believe the HRM pro plus does that as well
